How are gifts sourced, and do you work with specific partners?
We pride ourselves on offering completely personalised gifts. We do not have exclusive contracts with brands; instead, we source gifts from a variety of places including vintage shops, artisan makers, and luxury brands. This approach ensures that each gift is unique and meaningful.

Absolutely! We understand the importance of sustainability and can source eco-friendly gifts from a variety of second-hand, local and ethical small businesses.

Is gift wrapping included?
Gift wrapping is included with premium subscriptions, adding a touch of luxury to your thoughtful gesture.
For ad hoc gifts, gift wrapping is not automatically included, but you can add it as a bespoke option for those services that don’t include it, ensuring your gifts are ready for presentation without any additional effort on your part.

Will I get to see the gift before it's sent?
With ad hoc gifting services, you will receive 3-5 options for gift selection and have the final say over the gift.
With premium subscriptions, the visibility of the gift before sending can be tailored to your preferences.You can hand the entire gifting process over to us, and in that case, you’ll receive a reminder via text or email—whichever you prefer—along with pictures and information about the gift. This way, there’s no surprised look on your face when your recipient opens it.
Alternatively, you can also specify particular requests for the gifts if you'd like to have more control over the selection.

What if I want to return a gift?
While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, you can request gifts that are returnable. Please note that this option may limit your choices. We will provide a gift receipt for returns.
We have only had one return ever, we stand by our service and are confident you will be delighted with your gifts. -

Our bespoke gifting subscription service is fully customised to meet your gifting needs. You’ll receive reminders for important dates, tailored gift selection, elegant gift wrapping, and reliable shipping.
Your subscription is tailored to your budget, ensuring that every gift is both thoughtful and appropriate. We require a one-year commitment to provide ample time for sourcing and crafting unique gifts.
As the year comes to a close, we’ll check in with you about renewing your subscription—there’s no automatic renewal, so you’ll always be in control. -
Is there flexibility in managing my subscription?
Yes, while our premium subscriptions require a one-year commitment, we are flexible in accommodating changes to dates, preferences, and other details. Your experience should feel bespoke and tailored to your lifestyle.

Is shipping included in the subscription?
Standard shipping is included within Australia via AusPost.
For international shipping, we offer FedEx, DHL, and other courier services at an additional cost.
Please note that delivery timelines depend on current shipping conditions.
